This second event of the GTA Business Development programme focuses on understanding operational outcomes and aligning appropriate resources to achieve business goals.. This even is designed to enable GTA’s to share their experience supported by experienced facilitation and specialist input. Whilst exploring sales activity it is also worth questioning the strength of innovation within the operation.. Developed for operations Leaders and Managers this event will enable attendees to understand about the approach taken by other GTA’s highlighting business opportunities.
Using flipcharts delegates will be prepared to present their GTA position and experience.
Lee Weatherly, 30 years in the GTA world, 17 years as CEO of Midland Group Training Services Limited ( MGTS ) will facilitate the delivery, follow up networking and associated action.
