Fiona Stilwell

Having joined PETA in December 2022, Fiona is CEO of a Hampshire based provider and brings with her over 22 years’ experience working in the world of Apprenticeships.

Fiona’s roles prior to PETA include large operational Apprenticeship delivery through Babcock, working with them for over 17 years. More recently Fiona was responsible for the Apprenticeship division of Activate Learning group where she increased annual turnover from £4m to £7m through merger and strategic growth. When Fiona moved to PETA Ltd she left Activate Learning with Good Ofsted Inspection in a profitable organisation.

Fiona also holds board roles, Vice chair of the local provider network ALPS/ALPHI and most recently a board member of GTA England. Over her career Fiona has also participated in various ESFA consultations, the AoC Apprenticeship Policy group and been Lead provider developing higher-level engineering Standards with trailblazer groups
