GTA England members save their business money, time and effort with access to specialist advice and guidance for the training sector.
We are a national high-quality network of not-for-profit training organisations. Founded, led and governed by employers we deliver predominantly STEM related and technical training "for industry by industry."
Addressing issues as a group has far more impact than if you go it alone. Ofsted, Safeguarding, developing the right Apprenticeship Standards and Health & Safety are just a few of the areas where we help.
Our members have access to consultants and experts in all areas of compliance in the training sector, working together for their mutual advantage. Even better, networking within the membership identifies best practice and how others are addressing common issues.
We make it easy for you to become an expert training provider. Whether you’re a private learning partnership, an employer-subscribed training centre, or an existing GTA; talk to us today about how we can help.

Being employer governed means that our surpluses are re-invested into infrastructure and staff skills. We have the capacity and state of the art infrastructure needed to match industry changes in our delivery and 81% of employers and apprentices are satisfied with our service.
Being a member of GTA England enables us to easily connect and network with other businesses in our sector. The updates, webinars and training sessions are invaluable, and mean that we always have access to the latest information, as well as helping us to share good practice and experiences with the network.
GTA England have been a valuable and engaged partner to the Institute as we have sought to position the employer voice at the centre of Apprenticeships and Technical Education in England and notably in the STEM and Engineering fields.
GTA England has been integral to our Trailblazer helping to shape and tailor the Standards so that SMEs can access this new learning opportunity.
GTAE has been helpful in sharing the views of those we inspect and this impacts on the development of frameworks and inspection methodology, facilitating pilot changes to inspection practice. Your frank and honest sharing of views, opinions and evidence was paramount in helping us to get the EIF right.
I have always been impressed by the frank, knowledgeable and constructive engagement from both the GTA and your members.
